1. Summary

This summary is for convenience. The full licence below is what applies.

  • You can use our content plans and Canva templates to create content for your own business and your own social media channels, and publish the designs you make with them.
  • You can't share, resell, give away or upload our PDFs, templates or template links, or sell our templates as templates, even if you have edited them.
  • Your licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, and covers one business. [TO CONFIRM: exact scope.]

2. Who grants the licence

This licence is granted by SYOS by SS FZC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (trade licence number 4432672.01, issued by Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority), which operates the Get Postd brand. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. “We” and “us” mean SYOS by SS FZC; “you” means the person or business that bought the product.

3. What the licence covers

This licence applies to every Get Postd digital product, including:

  • content plans, PDFs, guides, prompts, hooks, captions, scripts and other written material (“Plans”); and
  • Canva templates, the designs within them, and the links or access guides used to open them (“Templates”).

Together these are the “Products”. All rights in the Products, including copyright in the original text and designs, stay with us or our licensors. You are buying a licence to use them, not ownership.

4. The licence we grant you

When your payment is complete, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Products you bought, in line with this page, for as long as you comply with it.

One business per licence

Each purchase covers one business or personal brand, owned or run by you. [TO CONFIRM: exact scope, for example whether one licence covers several social accounts or brands owned by the same person, whether a team or employees of that business may use it, and whether a separate multi-business or agency licence will be offered.]

5. What you may do

  • Read, download, save and print the Plans for your own use.
  • Use the ideas, structure, hooks and guidance in the Plans to create your own posts, captions, videos and other content for your business and social channels.
  • Open a copy of each Template in your own Canva account and edit it: change text, colours, fonts, photos, layout and branding.
  • Publish the finished designs you create from the Templates on your own social media channels, website, emails, ads and other marketing for your business.
  • Keep using the content you have already published after your purchase, as long as you have not breached this licence.

[TO CONFIRM: whether freelancers, social media managers or agencies may use a Template to create content for a single client if that client buys their own licence, or whether this is prohibited.]

6. What you may not do

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, you must not:

  • share, forward, give away, lend or publish the PDF files, download pages, access links or Template links with anyone outside the business covered by your licence;
  • resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute any Product, in whole or in part, whether for payment or for free;
  • upload any Product, Template, or Template file to a template marketplace, file-sharing site, shared drive, community, course platform, membership site or anywhere it can be accessed or downloaded by others;
  • sell, give away or offer any Template as a template (editable or not), including after editing it, or include it in any product, bundle, kit, course or service where the template itself is what is being provided;
  • use the Templates or Plans to create competing products, such as content plans, template packs or social media resources for sale or free distribution;
  • copy or republish the Plans or their text (for example, posting a plan, list of hooks or guide as it is) other than as part of your own original content;
  • claim the Products, or the original designs, as your own creation, or register any trade mark or design based on them;
  • remove or alter any copyright notices in the PDFs; or
  • use the Products in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, misleading or harmful, or that breaches Canva's or any social platform's terms.

7. Canva

Templates are delivered as links that open a copy in your own Canva account. Please note:

  • Canva is a third-party service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Canva.
  • You need your own Canva account, and your use of Canva is governed by Canva's own terms of use and content licence, which you must follow.
  • Photos, graphics, fonts, video, audio and other elements inside Canva are licensed to you by Canva (or its contributors) under Canva's content licence, not by us. Their permitted use is set by Canva's terms.
  • Some elements may require a paid Canva plan, such as Canva Pro. Availability of elements and features depends on Canva and is not guaranteed. [TO CONFIRM: once tested, whether each pack works on a free Canva account.]
  • Canva may change, restrict, replace or remove features or elements at any time. If an element becomes unavailable you may need to replace it.

[TO CONFIRM: wording on any photos, video or fonts included inside the templates, after the commercial asset and licensing checks on the Canva collection.]

8. Your content

You own the original content you add to the Templates (such as your own text, photos and logo). You are responsible for having the rights to anything you add, and for the content you publish. Our ownership of the original Products and designs is not affected by your edits.

9. If you breach this licence

If you breach this licence, it ends automatically and you must stop using the Products and delete any copies. We may also end your access to download pages, request removal of infringing material from any platform or marketplace, and take other action available to us by law. Refunds are not given where access ends because of a breach, to the extent the law allows.

10. Questions and wider licences

If you are unsure whether a use is allowed, or you would like a wider licence (for example for several businesses, a team or an agency), contact us at [Support email address] before using the Product that way. [TO CONFIRM: whether extended licences will be offered.]

11. Your legal rights

Nothing in this licence limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited or excluded, including uses that copyright law allows without permission.
