1. About this policy
This policy explains how Get Postd digital products are delivered and when you can get a refund. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Get Postd is operated by SYOS by SS FZC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.
Your legal rights come first. Nothing in this policy affects or limits the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live. Where those rights give you more than this policy does, you keep those rights.
2. Digital delivery
- All Get Postd products are digital. Nothing physical is sent.
- After payment you receive an email with a secure link to a protected download page. Content plans are PDF files. Canva template packs are a PDF or access guide containing links that open a copy of each template in your own Canva account, so you need a Canva account to use them.
- Delivery normally starts automatically as soon as your payment is confirmed.
- If your email has not arrived, check your spam folder or use the access recovery page on our website. If that does not work, contact us at [Support email address].
3. Immediate delivery and the right to cancel
In some countries, including the UK and the countries of the European Union, consumers normally have a right to cancel an online purchase within a set period. For digital content that is supplied immediately, that right can end once delivery begins, but only if you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel.
When you buy from us, you will be asked to agree to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose your right to cancel once delivery begins. [TO CONFIRM: this consent and acknowledgement step must be added to checkout before this paragraph can be relied on. Until it is in place, the statutory cancellation right may still apply to customers in those countries.]
Losing the right to cancel for a change of mind does not affect your right to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described or not delivered (see below).
4. When we will give a refund
Whatever else this policy says, we will offer a refund, a replacement or a fix (as appropriate and as required by law) if:
- Faulty product: a file is corrupted, will not open, or a template link does not work, and we cannot fix it or provide a working replacement within a reasonable time;
- Not as described: the product is materially different from its description on our website;
- Duplicate purchase: you accidentally bought the same product twice (we will refund the duplicate); or
- Non-delivery: you paid but did not receive access to your product, and we cannot provide access within a reasonable time.
In most cases we will first try to resolve the problem by sending a working file or link. If that is not possible, or does not fix the problem, we will refund you.
5. Change of mind
Because our products can be downloaded and copied as soon as they are delivered, we do not normally offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind, where the law allows this.
[TO CONFIRM: whether to offer any discretionary goodwill refund and, if so, its time window and conditions. No goodwill refund window is offered until this is confirmed.]
6. What is not a fault
Where the law allows, we will not usually give a refund in these situations, although we are always happy to help:
- you did not get the results you hoped for, such as followers, engagement, leads or sales (our products do not guarantee results);
- you do not have, or do not want, a Canva account, or a feature or element requires a paid Canva plan, as long as the product page made the Canva requirement clear;
- Canva changes, restricts or removes a feature or element after purchase (Canva is a third-party service we do not control), unless this means the product is no longer as described and the law requires a remedy; or
- you bought the wrong product, unless covered by a goodwill refund or your legal rights.
7. How to ask for a refund
Email us at [Support email address] with:
- the email address you used at checkout;
- the product name and approximate date of purchase; and
- a short description of the problem, with a screenshot if it helps.
[TO CONFIRM: target response time for refund requests.]
8. How refunds are paid
- Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, handles returns and makes approved refunds to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account. You can also contact Paddle directly through the link in your receipt email.
- Once we issue a refund, how long it takes to reach you depends on your bank or card provider.
- Refunds are made in US dollars. We are not responsible for differences caused by exchange rates or fees charged by your bank.
- When a refund is issued, your access to the product's download page ends, and your licence to use that product ends. Please delete any copies and stop using the product.
9. Chargebacks
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can fix it quickly. This does not affect any right you have to dispute a payment with your bank or card provider. If a payment is reversed or charged back, access to the product ends.
10. Abuse of this policy
Where the law allows, we may decline goodwill refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, for example repeated refund requests after downloading, or sharing the product before requesting a refund.
