Do I need to use AI?
The main route uses the free version of ChatGPT or Claude to turn your answers into a 30-day plan. If you'd rather not use AI, there's a plan-it-yourself route inside.
Do I need to post every day?
No. You choose how often you can realistically post, and the plan works at your pace.
How long does it take to get started?
The kit opens with a 20-minute challenge. By the end you'll have your plan and your first post picked.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Several of the formats are faceless or text-led, and the guide points you to them when you'd rather not show your face.
Is this a physical product?
No. It's a digital download you can use on your phone, tablet or computer.
